Guided Tour: Florence in Renaissance

Florence is the birthplace of Renaissance, and this can be understood by visiting its museums, most notably the Uffizi Gallery. Here you can retrace the steps of the main Italian and European painting from the Middle Ages to the High Renaissance, through masterpieces by Giotto, Botticelli, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael, Titian and many others.

 

3 hours tour

The guided tour includes the visit of the Uffizi Gallery, nucleus of the Medici collections and today one of the most important art galleries in the world.

Besides the most famous works  by the great Renaissance masters - Botticelli, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Rafael – you will also admire the interesting sections dedicated to Flemish, French, Dutch and German painters.
After the Uffizi Gallery, we will visit  Piazza della Signoria, an open-air museum with its famous Renaissance statues,  celebrating  the most important events of the city's history. The tour will end on Ponte Vecchio. Book a walking tour of Florence with us!

The duration of the guided tour is approximately three hours long and includes the entrance into the Uffizi Gallery, subject to entrance fee, not included in the tour rate.

We are available to reserve the museum entrance in order to avoid the long line.

This guided tour gives a deeper insight into Florentine Renaissance.

Besides the 3 hours tour above mentioned, the visit will include Piazza Duomo and the Academy Gallery with the famous David and other  masterpieces by Michelangelo.

Duration: The duration of the guided tour is approximately six hours long and includes entrance into the Uffizi Gallery and into the Academy Gallery subject to entrance fee, not included in the tour rate.

We are available to reserve the museum entrance in order to avoid the long line.
